Gaonas Trapeze Frequently Asked Questions:

What is your cancellation policy?
We requires 48-hours notice for all cancellations or reservation changes.  Failure to provide sufficient notice causes the participant to be liable for 100% of the cost of the scheduled appointment.

If you have a coupon
Have your Coupon or Voucher Number available when you call or email us. For Groupons, this is the number in the upper right corner.  We’ll need coupon numbers for each person in your party in order to reserve your spots.
Please schedule your class several weeks in advance to guarantee availability.
Please schedule your class well before your coupon’s expiration date.
You must take your class before your coupon expires to receive its full value.
The price of an expired coupon may be applied to the cost of the class for which your coupon was purchased.

If you have additional questions, please contact the company that issued your coupon directly.

How do I sign-up for my first class?
Please sign up in advance for ALL classes via email or phone.
When day of your class arrives, please come 15 minutes early.  You’ll want time to check-in, change your clothes, and warm up your muscles.
Our waiver and registration forms are also available  on line or we have them on site.

What should I wear?
We recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting athletic clothes and dressing for the weather!  Keep in mind that in your first class, you will be hanging from the bar (upside-down) by your knees, so pants, leggings, or tights below the knees may be more comfortable.  leotards/unitards and any other related accessories are highly encouraged.

Footwear is not important – you will be flying in socks or barefoot, whichever you prefer.
If you have long hair, put it up with an elastic band.  Remove all jewelry.  Clothing with buttons, snaps, zippers, rivets, and metal accessories is not allowed.  Contact lenses are preferable to glasses if you have the option.

PLEASE NOTE: We ask that you wash your hands and legs of all lotions or sunscreens before coming to class.  You will be hanging on the bar by your hands and the backs of your knees, and we don’t want you to slide right off!

Are there forms I need to fill out before participating?
All new students are required to complete our registration and release forms.
For students under 18, a parent or guardian will need to sign their release/waiver.
Registration forms will be filled out when you arrive for class, but if you would like to print our your release ahead of time, you can find it below.

How do I schedule a private party or lesson?
We are happy to accommodate most group, party, or event requests!

For groups wishing to reserve a private flying trapeze or aerial class (12 students or fewer), please email us at trapezekid@aol.com or give us a call between 9am and 6pm at 818-710-8191

How long are classes?
Flying Trapeze classes last 2 hours.

Aerial classes range from 45 to 1hour.

All classes are subject change depending on the weather

Who can participate?
Anyone between the ages of 10 and  75 years can participate in flying trapeze. The minimum age for all other classes is 10 years. For your safety, we do have a weight limit of 220 pounds for flying trapeze.

If you have health concerns, please speak with your physician before attending.

Can I bring my pet to class me?
